Who is your all time favorite artist/band?

That's tough because I'm a fan of many different artists and music styles. And my music tastes seem to evolve over time. But by and large, I seem drawn to folk/pop or power pop. Some of my favorites are Steve Forbert, Melissa Etheridge, Reo Speedwagon, Bryan Adams. I also dig Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra and Bob Marley, but my all time favorite is probably Steve Forbert.

Who has been the most inspirational artist/band to you?

Prince was a good rags to riches story. I like his early stuff.

Who has been the most influential artist/band that has helped define your musicianship?

I like Steve Forbert's descriptive lyrical style and folk/pop song structures.
